It’s day 24. The alar reduction scars are still there, and if I just hold out about one more week, I’m planning to smoke.. I haven’t smoked even one cigarette and I’m holding up well. I also haven’t had a single drop of alcohol. They say swelling can last 6 months, so I guess I’ll have to keep watching it for 6 months. There’s no pain or foreign-body sensation, but when I smile or yawn, it does feel a bit stiff.
