About 5 years ago, I had ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty at Global Plastic Surgery. Before surgery, my eyes were very small, so the director also recommended lateral canthoplasty, but a family member who went to the consultation with me stopped me, saying the kid is young, why does she need to do all that, so I only had epicanthoplasty.
Since it is ptosis correction, there are some marks when I close my eyes, but it’s not like you can see every single stitch mark.
I’ve seen so many people around me whose double eyelids came undone, but since I did ptosis correction from the start, I think it was a good choice without having to worry about revision surgery. I recommend it.
