<Before surgery> I had rhinoplasty with silicone 5 years ago, you know? After some time passed, my nose started to look somehow crooked. If it had stopped there, that would’ve been a relief, but I could even feel the silicone moving, so I was even more shocked;;; The moment I left it alone, I had a gut feeling it could become irreversible, so I first narrowed down clinics that are good at revision surgery. I had consultations, and they said the silicone really had moved… Sigh, after a lot of thought, I went to PRJ and got revision surgery. <After surgery> It’s only been 2 weeks, so there’s still some swelling, but you can see it turned out well, right? The director at PRJ listened to all my complaints, and also explained everything so calmly and clearly What it was, was that the silicone really moved because it hadn’t been fixed properly, and they said that because my skin has become thin now, the thickness needed to be reinforced. They also gave the cleanest overall explanation of how the surgery would proceed. I decided because I felt I wouldn’t regret it if I went there, and as expected I think it’s the best choice I made this year…. For reference, autologous costal cartilage was used for the nasal tip, and dermis from behind the ear was used for skin reinforcement. First I’ll wait until the swelling goes down more, and later I’ll either bring an additional review or something.
