To summarize, before surgery I had a hump issue, a saddle-nose/low-bridge issue with a drooping nasal tip, and a crooked nose issue! Fortunately, they said surgery was possible without an implant, so I had implant-free hump correction, nasal tip surgery, and two types of functional rhinoplasty together! There were also clinics that recommended silicone with functional rib cartilage! Before surgery, I told them I wanted it to look natural and not too pointy, and I’m so happy because the director reflected that properly~ It’s only been a little over a month now, but compared with before surgery, the difference is really big, and my satisfaction is just as high! I still can’t feel everything normally or touch my nose as comfortably as before surgery, but those things improve with time, so I’m not worrying too much about them. Since it’s still early, the shape is what matters, right? ^^ There’s no visible swelling externally, but I still feel a lot of the kind of minor residual swelling that only I can notice! They said at least 3 months need to pass, and some people take even longer than that, so I’m trying not to feel impatient.!
