Before surgery, I was concerned about my face looking broad horizontally because of my cheekbone width, and about my square jaw not looking slim from the side, but now I'm so, so satisfied!bb From 1 to 3 months after surgery, the major swelling goes down and the face settles into place, and looking in the mirror makes me so, so happy I should have done it sooner... While recovering, I exercised and ate delicious food well, so I'm getting a bit chubby, but the prettier facial line can't be hidden haha People around me, whether that's good or bad, don't notice at all!! I do hear things like, "You got so much prettier," or "Did you lose weight?" but really no one knows I had surgery When I tell them, they get really surprised!! Daily life is no problem at all, and I have no problem chewing either haha. But I like eating ssam wraps and I like taking big bites of anything in one mouthful... Maybe because I opened my mouth too wide too often and overdid it, I got a nosebleed once or twice The director told me the cheekbones and nose are connected, so to be careful about nosebleeds... haha I guess I got too excited... haha Of course, there is absolutely no pain, and except for the first 5 days after surgery, which were really hard, I lived my daily life without much discomfort and my satisfaction is really so, so high haha. Around months 1-2, I wondered if I could see some hollowing in the cheeks right under the cheekbones, but as the swelling went down, it gradually faded! I think it will get much better with time haha.
