The satisfaction is really beyond what I expected Bulbous noses differ by type, and I think it’s because my nostril wings were quite wide I’m especially very satisfied because the blunt look of my nose from the front improved a lot I didn’t get nose surgery and only had alar reduction surgery I asked during the consultation if the amount excised could be reduced more, but the director said it shouldn’t be any more excessive.. I think it was good that I listened. If it had been reduced more than now, it probably would have looked unnatural
