I had quick cheekbone surgery in March 2017 last year. I had surgery where the lateral cheekbones were pushed inward and the 45-degree cheekbones were shaved down. The clinic additionally recommended posterior cheekbone correction and temple fat grafting, but I only had that surgery, so my current facial line is not smooth. Even after the major swelling went down after about one or two months, my face seemed even more like a steamed bun, and my smiling expression looked unattractive, so it was quite hard for me Especially when I smiled enough to scrunch my cheekbones, my expression looked very awkward. But now that more than a year has passed since surgery, maybe it was minor residual swelling, and only now do I feel like I did well getting the surgery~ Now I also want to correct the temple hollowing and the slightly remaining posterior cheekbone~
