Revision Rhinoplasty Review

I'm posting a nose surgery review. These are before-and-after photos. Silicone implant in the nasal bridge (1.5), ear cartilage for the nasal tip, columella support for the nasal tip, slight alar base reduction, and what do they call it, a diamond tip? They put cartilage in. First of all, I had a petite nose without much flesh, and I felt disappointed because my nasal tip looked low from the side, so I got it done. Actually, I hadn't thought about alar base reduction, but they said my nostrils spread a bit when I smiled? and I also had asymmetry, so I did it.. I dislike anything excessive, so I wanted a natural, modest-looking nose, but these are photos at one month, and somehow it looks unnatural. After the alar base reduction, it feels like it became more asymmetrical, and my nostrils were already small, but maybe making them unnecessarily smaller makes it look stuffy. Also, my mouth has gone in a lot, like a sunken mouth.. and why are my nasal bridge and nasal tip so thick? I'm wondering whether this is swelling or whether it became thick because of the silicone. I know I'll have to wait at least 3 months to know, but I really hope the nasal tip drops a lot ㅠㅠ The side line is too pointy, the front view is thick and gives an androgynous image, and the nostrils seem even more asymmetrical.. so I'm worried. Please leave comments~~>.<
