It’s already been 8 years since I had nose surgery... Even before surgery, my nose was on the higher side, and my complaint was that my nostrils/alar base looked wide, but at the surgery clinic, they said surgery to reduce the alar base leaves severe scarring, and instead, if they raised the nose line a little more from the glabella area and put cartilage in the nasal tip, it would naturally have the effect of making the alar base look narrower, so they recommended nasal bridge + cartilage. Actually, they also said my nose was not low and my alar base was not particularly wide, so I should think a little more about the surgery itself, but out of greed, I decided to just do it, and I went for it at the 4th clinic I consulted Although I had no problems for 8 years, there have been more and more uncomfortable points, such as it looking too obvious and feeling like my nostrils show more as time passes. This time, by chance, I discovered that the nasal tip cartilage is shifted to one side, so I’m thinking about revision surgery or removal surgery Even if I went back to 8 years ago, I probably would have had surgery again out of greed, but if I could go back with the way I think now, I absolutely don’t think I would do it. For those thinking about nose surgery, I really hope you don’t decide just for immediate beauty
