My first surgery was done by a non-specialist doctor at ㅅㅇㄱㅇ with 5 mm Gore-Tex + ear cartilage, and 2 years later I lived with headaches from a tightening sensation that kept getting stronger. Then I had my second surgery at ㅅㅇㅅ with 2 mm silicone + ear cartilage. I really liked the nasal tip shape, but I thought it was a little high and lived fine with it, until 2 years later I got hit by my boyfriend’s elbow and something like cartilage protruded inside my nose (when I went to the hospital, they said it was nothing serious and told me to just live with it). It gradually became twisted, and 1 year and 6 months after that, I had revision surgery with the head director at the date hospital (43*) because they said the silicone was gradually coming out. They removed the silicone and used only ear cartilage. Right before surgery, I suddenly heard that I might need surgery twice, and after surgery my nose was long and deviated to the left, and my mouth became crooked. When the splint came off, a mismatched nose unlike anything I had ever seen had become my nose, and I couldn’t trust the doctor’s skill, so 8 months later I had surgery at ㅇㄱㅂ with 1 mm silicone + ear cartilage. After surgery, I found out that the previous hospital had removed a huge amount of the right nasal alar cartilage and sutured it terribly. Right now, the nose shape has just barely been matched, but because of the effect of the 3rd surgery, holding it on a diagonal is the best they can do.. I should live satisfied, but since the nose itself is diagonal, I keep wanting to have it set straight I think I’ve used up all my ear cartilage too...
