I underwent surgery for enophthalmos on one eye in Seoul. After the surgery was over, I noticed hypertropia that I hadn’t expected. But right now, because they inserted an implant through a lower-eyelid incision, the under-eye area is very swollen. I’m extremely worried about whether the swelling under the eye is temporarily causing the hypertropia, or whether, in the worst case, it’s simply that the surgical result was not good...
