Mind, JT, and AB are the hospitals I’m considering for revision surgery. Are 90% of revision rhinoplasty materials costal cartilage? It does seem like all three places do a lot of surgeries using costal cartilage, and when I look up revision surgeries, almost most of them are done with costal cartilage, and they say even primary surgery can be done with costal cartilage.. But I suddenly got curious: if you had primary surgery with costal cartilage and then need a revision, do they use costal cartilage again for the revision too?

땅비헤흐 There are different types of rib cartilage too, like donor rib cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, and even if you used autologous costal cartilage before, it can be harvested again, so it seems like a lot of revision cases still use rib cartilage? When I had revision rhinoplasty at ㄹㅂㄹ, I used donor rib cartilage because I was worried about scarring, so I used that. You also shouldn’t use autologous costal cartilage if you don’t want it.
