Before<Before revision>After<1 month after revision>Before<5 months after revision>I had eye revision surgery a month ago.
I originally had natural inline double eyelids, but my eyes were prone to loosening and I also had ptosis, so about 6 years ago, while I was at it, I had epicanthoplasty, ptosis correction, and incisional in-out double eyelids.
But maybe the line was high, because it looked a bit sausage-like, my eyes looked close together, and especially the double eyelid near the inner corner looked thick, which I didn’t like, so I had an incisional two-line-lowering revision back to an inline crease and revision restoration of the epicanthoplasty.
My swelling usually lasts insanely long, but this time it seems to be going down a bit faster. They do say lowering the line tends to de-swell relatively quickly.
I wish my right eye would become thinner, but thankfully they said the swelling has not fully gone down yet. I already like the left side, so I’m looking forward to it.
They said it takes about 3 to 6 months for the line to become natural.
Additional note The very bottom photo is a recent photo of my eyes at almost 5 months. Now that the swelling has gone down, the right side actually looks betterㅋㅋㅋ The line does not look like two lines.
