There’s a detailed explanation in my double eyelid surgery review.
On top of that, there’s also the story of having surgery without fear and ending up ruined.
Eyes, chin, breasts... I naturally wrote about the chin while explaining the double eyelid surgery, and since the post is long, I’m writing the breast part separately.
When I had my second double eyelid surgery, at age 23, I had textured saline implants. Was it 200 cc or 250 cc... After that surgery, a few months later, official approval for cohesive gel came out.....
Since it wasn’t approved, I chose saline out of worry..
Anyway, at age 30, I had revision surgery on my chin, eyes, and breasts all at one place.. I went in only to consult about the chin, but ended up having the eyes done too... After deciding on the chin and eyes, I learned that someone I know was a model for that clinic, and I heard it had turned out well (they sponsored revision rhinoplasty, double jaw surgery, and breast surgery), so while changing out the hard implant shell as well, with the goal of changing the upper fullness position, I thought if I was going to lie down anyway, I might as well do everything at once, and I naively trusted only the director and went under the knife.
The chin improved with the revision surgery, compared with the completely ruined first surgery..... It seems the first surgery was done entirely by a shadow doctor.. Back then I had no knowledge, so I couldn’t even argue, I hid my chin with my hair, and it felt like everyone was only looking at my chin, which was upsetting..
But in the end, only the chin turned out well,
and the eyes were completely ruined. While I was waiting for the eye healing process, the breast and facial directors separated..... That made the situation complicated.. Since they had already split up...
Anyway, because the order was that the eyes were the area that couldn’t be hidden, I thought I should fix the eyes first, so I got eye aftercare revision 6 months later. It was basically only a repair, leaving a double-incision line behind, so I gave up on the eyes (in the end I had revision surgery elsewhere.)
Anyway, the breasts... I clearly said during the consultation that I didn’t want big breasts, and since they were teardrop implants, they said they would look smaller than my existing textured implants. So I asked for 250, but the surgeon mentioned 350, I said no, and we agreed on 275.
After all the surgeries were finished.. I stayed one night in the hospital. After the surgery, when I woke from anesthesia, they didn’t tell me anything so I didn’t know, but the next day when I was discharged, I found out they had put in 350, not 275.... Why on earth would they do that on their own...
Moreover, we had agreed to lower the upper fullness position, but they left it in the original implant position... The size got even bigger, so the upper fullness was even worse.. like a cow, no, it was truly foolishly big.
Maybe 350 looks pretty on thin models, but I’m also broad-built, and my hips are really small (a body type with big breasts and no hips) The first breast surgery was done because the breasts had sagged a little from dieting, just as a preventive measure so they wouldn’t sag more, ... My breasts were already large, but they had collapsed like a deflated balloon, so that’s why I had surgery.
Considering my posture and upper-body size, big breasts really look foolish. Actually they weren’t huge breasts, but because of my posture, my lat and ribs should I say were broad.. I’m the type who walks around with my shoulders pulled back. I used to swim when I was young. Before surgery I was between a full B cup and a comfortable C cup. With dieting and yo-yo dieting, I had a mostly skin-filled, hollow, tight B cup.
1 First surgery Same size, like pumping air back into a deflated balloon.
Anyway, no size change, just a little fullness at the top with the saline textured implants.
2 Revision surgery with cohesive gel teardrop implants
I clearly said I didn’t want a bigger size, but the 350 cc size that I found out about only at discharge... Of course it hurts, since I had surgery..
But even after months, and months, the upper left area still hurts.. and it looks absurdly big, so it looks foolish and I can’t even straighten my shoulders confidently. It’s embarrassing... I feel like I’m walking around with three faces... I wasn’t stressed before, but after becoming a cow I’m extremely self-conscious.. My clothes don’t fit well either.. My basic frame is wide Was the underbust circumference 83.5 cm? Anyway, my bone circumference, not fat, is over 80 cm..
Since I’m big-bodied, how uncomfortable must the attention be... Uncomfortable attention, uncomfortable size, pain, It’s been 4 years this year by count. I had surgery in February, so it’s been 3 years and 3 months, and the upper part still hurts...
I went to that clinic maybe three times? and they were basically like, “we’re not responsible.” They said the rights? belonged to the facial director, that although he was the operating surgeon, the clinic had been dissolved... They told me to go to a nearby surgical clinic to check the pain, said it can also burst during insertion... and that they didn’t have an ultrasound machine lol No, what kind of total garbage and irresponsibility is that... not even a single solution, complete avoidance of responsibility.
Then recently I looked up that clinic again, and whether the clinic had collapsed, the director had gone to a well-known plastic surgery clinic called ㅈㅇ...
What should I do about my breasts?
After some family issues recently, I gained a lot of weight, so now I’m not even at “cow style” anymore, I’m a real cow... Before, if my head and face together were 3 heads, now it’s 3 whole heads... It’s incredibly foolish, and between the skin that has sagged downward from the upper fullness area... the lower part... because the breasts are so absurd and I can’t even straighten my shoulders, and because I gained more weight, sweating between my belly and breasts is no big deal, and I keep lifting and drying my breasts when no one is looking, afraid of getting a heat rash.
Of course my clothes didn’t fit before, but now I can’t breathe.. I can’t breathe properly, everything feels like I’ve put a harness over my breasts... There’s pain too..... I just want to cut my breasts off.
These irresponsible clinics, I have absolutely no luck with cosmetic surgery... I don’t even have money for another revision surgery now, and so much time has passed that the clinic that kept saying “we’re not taking responsibility” for a long time would never deal with this condition now...
After already arguing over the eyes..... The chin turned out well, but when it came to the eyes, it was still “we’re not taking responsibility.” They admitted the first revision mistake and did aftercare, then acted like, what more do you want? Since they already provided aftercare, there are no refunds, and of course not even partial refunds. They said they’d do the double-incision line again, so wait 6 months. ㅡㅡ;; I no longer had any trust in letting that surgeon touch my eye skin again, because I was afraid I might end up unable to close my eyes... I lost the argument.
The most absurd thing during the back-and-forth was:
Doctor: “You say my chin surgery, the one that was completely ruined in a really weird way, but you didn’t say anything to the previous hospital. Why are you doing this to me?”
Me: ㅡㅡ;; “I’m saying I’m very grateful for the chin, so I’m not saying anything about it. I’m only mentioning the eyes.”
That doctor was saying, didn’t I go to the previous hospital with no complaint, but came to their hospital and complain a lot, and that it was annoying and upsetting? In the end, I’m the one who’s wronged and emptied out all the savings I had set aside for this surgery....
Anyway, after fighting over the eyes like that.... that doctor who wouldn’t take responsibility told me to go to a facial surgery clinic I’m just living with pain and discomfort, with the implant separate from the skin.. and the nipples down below..
At this point I have no money left and I’m unemployed.. It’s not the time to be thinking about cosmetic surgery.. I’m living thinking I should lose weight first so my back won’t hurt and I can work..
I really want liposuction too, but even now my card debt has no answer, and the weight doesn’t come off as I get older, and my motivation keeps draining away... Even after trimming down the story of my lifelong repeated cosmetic surgery failures, it’s still so long that my elbow hurts ㅋㄱㅋ
I want to mention the clinic by name, but that exact clinic is listed in the doctor consultation section here, so I can’t say it;;;;;;
