오잉 I'm not too sure about blacklisted places, and ㅇㅇㅋ, ㅇㅁㄹ, ㅌㅇㅅ seem like they have okay doctor matching~ Since it's revision surgery, I think you could add more eye-specialized places like ㄸㅋ, ㄹㄹ too~
문어 I don't really know any places I wouldn't recommend. I'm also getting revision eye surgery, and I've been keeping an eye on ㄱㄴ and ㅇㅇㅋ. I'm also planning to additionally go to ㅊㅇ and ㅇㅁㄷ, which are eye-specialized like these places
