Originally, I had been continuously considering surgery because of the fat under my eyes and dark circles that had gotten worse since the year before last. While I was at a gathering with acquaintances, we talked about lower eyelid fat repositioning, and a friend said they would introduce me to a clinic, so I visited the plastic surgery clinic. It was my first surgery at a plastic surgery clinic, but at the clinic, the director and everyone who assisted me were kind, so I felt at ease and scheduled the surgery. As for recovery after surgery, seeing other friends around me who had surgery, they seemed to swell a lot and have a hard time, but I don’t know if it was because they took good care of the postoperative management, but swelling and things like that only lasted about a day or two, and I recovered quickly. After surgery, the severe bulging fat under my eyes and dark circles definitely improved. People around me who don’t see me often don’t notice a major change, but people who see me often, or when comparing with old photos, can clearly tell it has changed a lot. It has been about 2 weeks since surgery, and there is still slight pain around the cheekbone area, like touching a bruised area, but it doesn’t interfere with daily life at all.
