Because I have a job where I have to meet people face to face, I was looking for a rhinoplasty clinic that would give a noticeable result rather than a natural one. After narrowing it down again and again, I picked two plastic surgery clinics often visited by celebrities, BJs, and nightlife workers, had consultations, and went ahead with surgery. From the beginning, I wanted a doll-line nose, so I didn’t even ask how many millimeters they put in. I just asked them to make it as high and as noticeable as possible, as much as my skin could stretch. Since I thought it might look too much like Pinocchio if the bridge was raised too excessively, I kept the bridge natural but made it a strong straight nose from the middle section onward. They used septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. But I definitely think it’s true that the nose needs to be done two or three times. There seems to be a maximum limit to how much the skin can stretch. They said that if only 6 mm can be inserted in the first surgery, it can be stretched a bit more in the next surgery. I’m extremely satisfied with my current nose, but I’m thinking about one more revision surgery. I have no side effects, and I’m 8 months post-op. But for men, there’s definitely a reason why it’s the nose rather than touching other areas. For men, it’s the nose; for women, it’s the eyes. No arguing with that.
