I’m looking at ㅇㅇㅂ, ㅁㅇㄷ, ㅁㅎ, and ㅊㅇ for revision rhinoplasty. My nose was broad and low-bridged, but during my first surgery I didn’t have alar base reduction separately. I also had it done naturally, and because I didn’t do alar base reduction, the bulbous nose barely improved..... My nose is still so broad that it stresses me out so much, so when I get revision surgery I’m going to do alar base reduction too. If I get it from a skilled director, the scar won’t show, right? But if I add alar base reduction too, then the cost gets added on, right..??

찌피 ㅊㅇ is a place I’m also looking at for eye revision surgery, but the nose reviews looked pretty good too,, People with really severe bulbous noses do tend to do alar base reduction together, but I think the most accurate thing is to go for a consultation first
