I’m on day 12 after revision rhinoplasty. Has anyone’s philtrum gotten longer? Right after the first surgery, my philtrum looked longer, and at one week everything was swollen, so I thought it must be swelling. Until day 10, because of the nasal swelling and shape, my philtrum was less noticeable, but now maybe the nasal swelling has moved further down to the philtrum... Since day 11, it feels like my philtrum covers my mouth more, and it seems to have gotten longer,,, My nose got slightly shorter, so I think my long midface looks more improved than before, but now only my lower face stands out, and in a different way, the philtrum area looks long like an ape, so my whole face looks long The focus goes to my lower face,,,, Is it swelling, or did something go wrong because the surgery made my midface look shorter... It looks like it failed, so I’m spiraling,,,,
