Review of eye surgery from 7 years ago

7 years? 8 years? ago, I had ptosis correction, double eyelid surgery, and epicanthoplasty for Mongolian folds. Because I had a lot of fat on my upper eyelids, they removed some fat too, and everything was done by incision. (What is so sad here is that my eyes were still small after doing it, because they were so small to begin with...) The epicanthoplasty scars are visible if you look closely, but now that 7 years have passed, they are not very noticeable, and the double eyelid incision is still a little obvious, but I am satisfied. However, there is something like a round little lump? on that incised line. It has gradually gotten bigger, so on my left eye there is one that is quite visible, and on the right there are 2 small ones? They are small, so I have to touch them to feel them?? I have had this for 7 years, and now I am looking into lower canthoplasty, so I am going to ask them to remove? it when I get lower canthoplasty.. For ptosis correction, they said the left side was possible, but for the right side they would have to make an incision near the forehead hairline, and that it would be a very big surgery, so I only did the left and did not do the right. I originally had severe uneven eyes, but now I have never in my life seen anyone with eyes more uneven than mine. They said upper eyelid fat would come back even if removed, but I think it is better than not removing it. The right side still has a lot, but it is less than before it was removed.
