The biggest downsides of lateral and lower canthoplasty are... I think dry eyes and scarring. The scar remains slightly.. Dry eye syndrome is better than right after surgery, but since I usually wear contact lenses, it’s very uncomfortable for me. I’m surviving on artificial tears, but... I can’t wear circle lenses often and use the most expensive daily disposable products..
