The atmosphere when I walked in was not bad. The desk staff/coordinator had a fairly obvious cosmetic nose, but it was not a Pinocchio-like overdone look. Just an ordinary augmented nose. During the consultation, I mentioned NewJeans' Hyein, and I could feel them trying not to laugh, lol. They said it would be difficult with protruding eyes and a flat face, so I said, “Yes, I see,” and accepted it right away. The consultation was short, probably less than 15 minutes. They adjusted a virtual-surgery simulation, but because they suggested a very conservative design, I could not really feel much effect from the front. The unusual thing was that they recommended osteotomy. No other clinic had even mentioned it. I did not really know what osteotomy was, so I just said yes. After looking it up, I found that it is a surgical method with significant risks, including complications and the risk that it cannot be reversed once performed. If they are going to propose such a method, I feel they should at least briefly explain those risks first, even if the patient did not ask. Still, the coordinator was extremely kind, so I have a good memory of the visit. Since they asked me to write review-event reviews for Gangnam Unnie, Babitalk, and this community, you may need to filter the reviews from this community a little. That said, the before-and-after photos on the website are decent, and they seem good at creating natural lines, so it may not be a bad choice.
