The staff at the front desk and the coordinator who consulted with me were all very kind.
It was my first eye surgery, so I had many questions and there were many things I did not know. They answered everything carefully, and there was no atmosphere of pressuring me to pay a deposit or making me feel uncomfortable, so I could consult comfortably.
The surgeon also explained in detail which method would be best. Even though I asked quite a lot of questions, they explained everything one by one without showing any annoyance, which I appreciated. Haha.
They explained the surgical process and methods in an easy-to-understand way and addressed the parts I was worried about, so many of my questions were resolved. Overall, I was satisfied.
I visited because many people from Incheon have surgery there, and the price was reasonable because of the student event, so both my mother and I were satisfied. We may do it together with my younger sibling. I will decide about the surgery soon, but I am glad I went for the consultation itself!
