My low nose had always been a major complex, so without really shopping around or anything, I got a consultation at a hospital recommended by an older female relative and booked the surgery right away. I had silicone + septal cartilage, but after the swelling went down and about 6 months passed, the nasal tip started showing through. So, not knowing much again, I had the tip of my nose shaved down a little at the same hospital. Whether it was unfortunate or fortunate, the doctor who did the first surgery had gone off to China. So, with another doctor at the same hospital.. About 3 years have passed since then, and I’m thinking about revision surgery again. At some point, the middle of my nose started looking sunken, and it feels like the nasal tip has collapsed. I did have some rhinitis originally, but it seems to have gotten worse after the nose surgery too. I really didn’t want to go as far as a third surgery But my complex about my nose is so severe that I don’t think I can just remove everything either
