I raised my nasal tip with ear cartilage and had silicone inserted, but the angle of the nasal tip points upward and it’s not the shape I wanted, so I decided to get an after-service revision. What I’m curious about is, since I have almost no columella, can they bring out the columella while lowering this upturned nasal tip? Since a lot of ear cartilage was used to raise the nasal tip, is columella correction possible without using anything additional? I want to bring out the columella while lowering the angle... The key point is whether they can use the materials already inside my nose to lower the nasal tip angle and also correct the columella. If anyone knows or has had this done, please don’t just pass by and leave a comment!!
