Any hospital would recommend an additional procedure if it was needed, but more than anything, I felt that this director tried to focus more on matching my own wishes about what kind of surgery I wanted. When I told him about the parts other hospitals had recommended, he said I did not need to do them. A few years after double eyelid surgery, one side came undone, so I was upset and stressed, but thanks to the director it was resolved well. Every time I saw him, he greeted me warmly, and I felt it was sincere. He also took good care of the aftercare, and I am very grateful to him.
