Consultation went in the order of consultant-director-consultant, for about 3 minutes, 15 minutes, and 7 minutes. Since it’s a one-doctor clinic, the wait time was short. Lowering the line on both sides with the double-line technique, ptosis correction, and fat repositioning to prevent overlapping creases from forming. The director prefers the term skin-preservation method rather than double-line technique. No skin excision. It was the first time I was diagnosed with insufficient eyelid skin. They recommended only what was needed without overdoing it and answered my questions clearly. I liked the line they held for me. A natural line that is thinner than now and looks less obviously surgical. As a revision surgery patient, I liked the director’s kindness + confidence + clarity. It was such a substantial 15-minute consultation that the 5,000 won consultation fee didn’t feel wasted.
