Nose Surgery Reviews

I was debating between autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage, and ended up using donated costal cartilage!

<Before> Before surgery, my nasal bridge was too low and my nostrils were wide, so I really had no confidence in my side profile when taking photos! While looking into several clinics, I saw posts saying Lowell Plastic Surgery was very meticulous and did a great job, so I went for a consultation. I went to the consultation without knowing much about rhinoplasty, but Director Kim Jae-yoon kindly explained everything while drawing on a tablet, so I could really feel his sincerity.!! Also, the price was exactly the same as the app price, and they said they do things like hump correction and osteotomy without additional charges! So I trusted them even more! After watching rhinoplasty vlog videos, I was really worried because so many people said it hurt when removing the cotton inside the nose after surgery, and when removing the splint and stitches, but they removed everything without it hurting at all~!!  They also removed sebum very thoroughly, so it felt like my skin became squeaky clean-! For the nose shape, I showed them an influencer’s photo! For materials, silicone + donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage were used. I didn’t want a nose that was too flashy, so I asked for a natural shape that wasn’t too high, and after the splint came off, it seemed to have turned out well, so I’m satisfied haha People around me keep asking where I got it done, saying it turned out really natural!!
