Thankfully, the nasal packing was removed right away the next day too If I had to keep that in for a week, I might have gone crazy;; My friend had severe swelling after rhinoplasty, but I did not have much bleeding, so I had almost no swelling or bruising, and from week two I wore makeup and went around everywhere Now that I am three months out, there is no major swelling at all, and because the nasal tip changed, my face looks more refined My friends saw me and all said I had a total glow-up.... I do not even remember my old face though Since it was a bulbous nose, some other places talked about additional charges, but here they did not charge separately for alar reduction and resolved it with basic rhinoplasty, so I am satisfied because I saved money!
