I had only the silicone removed yesterday The reason I removed it wasn’t because of inflammation or any problem, but because I could feel the silicone as a foreign body, and the area between my eyebrows or the part where the silicone was felt kind of pressed down?,, Also, my original nose was low only around the area between my eyebrows, but the nose itself was on the higher side. Once silicone was placed in the area between my eyebrows, it felt like my eyes looked slightly closer together? + my impression seemed to change a bit to a more Middle Eastern look. I think it looked even more that way because a shadow formed between my eyebrows.. Anyway, after removal I’m currently wearing a splint, and there’s really no swelling. During my first surgery the swelling wouldn’t go down and I wanted to die, but this time I’m wondering how there can be this little swelling.. From the start, I was only planning to remove the silicone, and if a step-off developed at the nasal tip, I was even thinking about opening it up and reinforcing it with ear cartilage. Since the director just removed it, that means there was no step-off and that’s why only removal was done, right?? I’m a bit worried about this. I think they said my skin itself is on the thicker side, so it should be okay.. For now, I’m going on Monday and they said they’ll show me the photos they took after surgery, so I’m a bit nervous.
