With that mindset, I got consultations while finding out everything I could in advance, including the surgical method and materials The drooping nasal tip was a problem, but the upturned nostril look was also a real problem, you know? I told him that my main goal was correcting the upturned nostril look and drooping, but because my skin is very thin and I had already had multiple surgeries, he clearly explained the limitations, saying that even if the upturned nostril look was improved, it could lift slightly again By that point, should I say I trusted him more because, rather than giving off a “I’ll make it perfect!” vibe, he honestly talked about the limitations like Director Kim did? It wasn’t a “I can’t do it” vibe, but more like “I’ll do my best, but there are limits!” so I felt both honesty + confidence I had the surgery hoping it would truly be the last one, and as I managed the swelling after splint removal, somehow I got a feeling this time Like it turned out well, strongly… Since the drooping had been bothering me so much, I used autologous costal cartilage, and I think the upturned nostril look was properly improved by lowering the nostril rims at the same time Also, I had a slight protruding-mouth impression, but after nasolabial angle correction, the three-dimensional look improved and the protruding-mouth impression is gone too
