<After surgery><Before surgery ><After surgery> I had surgery because my low nasal bridge and nasal tip, and my wide-looking nostrils/alar area were complexes of mine. I had a baby and was living fine, but from early this year, my nose felt kind of pulled? Like it was tightening. After that kind of feeling started in my nose, I eventually even heard talk about contracture.. I thought a lot about whether I should have revision surgery, but it was also stressful that other people could tell I’d had nose surgery.. Once it became like this, I didn’t really know where or what to search for, so I just blindly searched cafes and a community. Then I found review photos that were similar to the feel I wanted, so I think I looked into that clinic in more detail. It had been so long since surgery that I couldn’t really remember what my nose looked like before having surgery.. I don’t think my nostrils were originally asymmetrical, but when the director looked at my nostrils, he recommended that lowering the nostril rim would be good, so I did it. Looking at the photos, there’s a big before-and-after difference. Because I was so stressed about other people noticing, I said I really wanted it to look natural, and they recommended a custom implant. With this, I could decide the line or height I wanted, and I think it turned out much more natural than a regular implant. I’m satisfied because the parts I was worried about were resolved. I wanted the change to be natural no matter what, and I think that point was handled well.
