I had septal cartilage surgery when I was 21, but like in the pre-op photo, my nasal tip became blunted, and internally the surgery was also done incorrectly, so it was a complex for almost 10 years. This is my second review at 3 months after revision surgery in December. The surgery included bulbous nose correction, low nose correction, silicone removal, and autologous costal cartilage. I feel like it is becoming more and more natural, and it looks natural enough that people around me don’t even know I had surgery. There are no side effects, and even the issue where I had trouble breathing because the nasal cavity sizes were different has been corrected, so it is very good in daily life too. The director told me it would keep becoming more natural until the 6-month mark, so I’m looking forward to it haha I’ll come back later to leave a third review.
This is a surgery review pursuing natural beauty.
