Filler < threads Threads < surgery In a way, it is really, really obvious, but people try hard to deny it. Thinking about it now, even back when I was getting filler and thread lifting, I think I was strongly feeling that I didn’t want to go through painful and expensive surgery if I didn’t have to. The answer was already there, but I think I tried hard to deny it. The reason I decided on surgery was rhinitis. It might be some kind of placebo, but I said I had gotten filler and thread lifting and all that, right? After that, my nose really started getting extremely blocked. I was already a hopeless rhinitis sufferer with allergic rhinitis too, so maybe because of that, it got really severe after certain times of the day. Actually, the reason I avoided surgery was not so much because it was expensive, but because I was afraid of the recovery period after nose surgery. But I thought the discomfort from nasal congestion was much worse than that, and since opening the nose for surgery would be the same either way, once I thought of it like that, I started to understand what I wrote in the title. Since rhinitis surgery was obviously the main focus, I mainly looked for ENT doctors, and it was harder than I expected to find an ENT doctor who also had a lot of experience with plastic surgery procedures lol Even after deciding on surgery, because I was getting it from an ENT specialist, I worried a lot about the cosmetic aspect, but those worries turned out to be unnecessary. Both my rhinitis and nose line improved beyond the target I wanted. Because my rhinitis is allergic rhinitis, it still needs management, but I’m extremely satisfied with just this much.
