I had nose surgery when my depression was severe, and I don’t know what I was thinking because I didn’t even look into it properly. Now that I look at it, it’s such a mess. I’m trying to look around and consult at several places, and I had an I-shaped silicone implant put in, but recently when I went for a consultation to get an estimate, they said my nasal dorsum is also crooked So since I’m doing it this time, I’m thinking of going for a more dramatic look. I really hope it goes well this time
