I had braces at a neighborhood dental clinic (a well-known one), and because my case wasn’t severe, I wore them for about a year. I didn’t change all that much, but somehow the atmosphere felt completely different..? At first, I thought my chin shape would change more than my teeth would (I had heard the false rumor that braces make your chin look slimmer), but ㅠㅠ the shape barely changed and the atmosphere changed a lot more. People around me kept saying it turned out really well (the chin shape hardly changes, so if you want to get prettier by making your chin slimmer, you’d better just have surgery^^)
