I’m going for a consultation tomorrow, and I’ve written down most of the questions I want to ask. Even when I search for side effects, not much comes up. Even if they’re rare, I could be the one who ends up with a side effect, right..? After double eyelid surgery (I think it falls under simple surgery), I thought of course there wouldn’t be any side effects, but I did have some haha. What kinds of side effects are there? I’ve looked up capsular contracture, rippling, bleeding, inflammation, animation deformity, and bottoming out, about that much. Whose responsibility are side effects? Is it my body’s fault for not adapting to the implant? Or the doctor’s fault for doing the surgery badly?
Ju1e You also need to see whether it’s a place that does dissection well. You have to look at how meticulous and appropriate they are with the dissection. They say if the dissection is too minimal, the breasts can look far apart and rippling can happen easily. And if they dissect too much, there’s leftover space, so there are many possible side effects like inflammation and bleeding.
ㅇㅅㅇnn What side effects did you have from double eyelid surgery?
존예가될거얌 [@ㅇㅅㅇnn] Mucosal eversion, sausage-like swelling, scars, step-off deformity lol;; seriously, all kinds of things.. The mucosa that was everted has gone down now. I’m almost at 6 months, so the scars are still wait-and-see haha,,
ㅇㅅㅇnn [@존예가될거얌] Oh no ㅠㅠ That must have been hard. Did they set the crease high with an incision method?
존예가될거얌 [@ㅇㅅㅇnn] Noo, I did it as my eyes already were. I already had double eyelidsㅠ
