I had these three done: double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction The double eyelid surgery was done by partial incision. But they said I had some fat above my eyes, so I did have fat removal too. Maybe because of that, there wasn’t much swelling, but after things settled, I feel like the area above my eyes looks a bit sunken. I think you really need to keep this in mind. If too much fat is removed, it can look natural at first, but later there may be some hollowing!!! Still, it turned out natural, so I’m living satisfied with it
