Hello. It’s been about 4 years now since I had surgery for a hump nose. I had the nasal bridge fractured, 3 mm silicone inserted, and used septal cartilage to slightly correct my bulbous nose. I got it done nicely at a decent hospital, but as I get a little older and lose baby fat, I feel like only my nose looks too sharp, so I’m thinking about removal. My nose was originally quite small, and the result was on the natural side, so people around me didn’t know I had surgery. But after looking at me for a long time, maybe they felt something looked slightly obvious, and only then would they ask if I had possibly had surgery. I had been living satisfied with my nose until now, but lately I’ve been feeling swelling in my nose more often, and on days when I’m not in good condition, it feels like the nasal dorsum swells a lot, so I’m leaning strongly toward removal. Everyone around me is trying to stop me, but once it started feeling uneasy, all my attention keeps going to my nose I just want to live with peace of mind
