I had rhinoplasty last June. I had septal work, osteotomy, nostril reduction, and the bridge of my nose was raised very slightly with silicone. As for the result, I would want to stop the people around me if they said they were getting rhinoplasty. Up until one month after surgery, I thought it had gone very well. As the swelling went down, my nose started to look crooked. To the point that other people could tell at a glance. I was under tremendous stress, and eventually I had revision surgery this year at the place where I had my first surgery. I had the surgery in March, and again, after a month passed and the swelling went down, I gradually started to see that my nose was crooked. After the first surgery, my nose also became more severely crooked as time passed, so I’m in despair this time too. Avoid rhinoplasty if you can. Because rhinoplasty changes your impression a lot, it’s good if it succeeds, but it’s a surgery with a high chance of failure
