I had my first nose surgery 9 years ago with silicone and septal cartilage, but after 1-2 years my nose gradually started turning upward ㅠㅠ And from the beginning I asked them to bring out the columella, but they only did the nasal bridge and tip.. The alar rims were still lower than the columella. With the columella unresolved and the nose turning upward, it looked so badㅜ I was scared and couldn’t get revision surgery, so I lived like that for about 7 years, then I felt I really couldn’t go on, so I went back to the same director and had revision surgery using Gore-Tex and ear cartilage. But my nose became completely long, the columella was still retracted, and only the nasal tip was stretched out so much that my impression became too strong.. Recently I went for another consultation, and they said that to bring out the columella, they would have to use costal cartilage... Then I was dumbfounded because before, they talked as if everything could be solved with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but now they changed their words and said there are limitations..ㅎ They asked for 4 million won to leave the bridge as is, shorten the nasal tip length a bit, and bring out the columella with costal cartilage ㅠㅠ I’m sad.. They seem to be famous for basic surgeries, but if you have a retracted columella or low alar rims like me, this place won’t solve it, so please look carefully and go to a place that specializes in that area...
