It’s been about 7 years since my second surgery, and I had it done with autologous costal cartilage at ㅇㅇㅇ. From the front, my nostrils show clearly and I have scar tissue, so it’s really stressful, and I’m looking into another revision surgery Since I live outside Seoul, it’s hard to go around to many places for consultations, so I want to get recommendations and make this truly my last surgery. Please give me advice. My nose is a short nose + thin skin. I want a dramatic look, but it’s a nose that can’t be raised much.. This time too, I’m looking into revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage, and I went to two places mainly with a single director. ㄷㄴ Kim Autologous costal cartilage + ear cartilage + columella lowering + nasal ala ㅊㅁ Min Autologous costal cartilage + ear cartilage + possible dermis from the scalp This is what I heard in consultation, and both directors said that although they can’t make it dramatic, a major dramatic change from now would be difficult I want to go to more consultations; is there anywhere else I should try?
