I had a hump nose, so while I was looking into surgery without an implant, I had surgery on the 11th together with posterior lower canthoplasty. They shaved down the hump and only raised the nasal tip with septal cartilage. I had the splint removed yesterday; when will the swelling go down? The side view is okay, but from the front I look like Avatar... This is a photo I just took! How does my nose look?
