It has been 8 years since I had double eyelid surgery, but I ended up with side effects after the surgery. Maybe they made too much of an incision, because I started sleeping with my eyes open. I didn't know, but I found out because a friend told me. Since I sleep with my eyes open, my dry eye syndrome is also severe.. The dryness is so bad that daily life is difficult; I went to the hospital a few times after the surgery, but they only said things that seemed meant to get out of the situation, like "wait a little longer, as time passes the eyelid skin will sag and it will be okay." There was no particular measure taken. Then maybe 4 years later, I asked another hospital about revision surgery, but on the day of surgery, the doctor said it seemed difficult, apologized, and refunded me.. I felt so hopeless thenㅠㅠ My mom just told me to do it at the place she said... I still regret that I should have looked into hospitals more carefully.. So much time has passed that I can't remember the hospital nameㅠㅠ I don't know if it's still there now.. I never imagined I would end up sleeping with my eyes open.. The dryness is getting worse and worse... I feel lost about what to do from here
