I scheduled a rhinoplasty date and paid a deposit, but because of a health issue I won’t be able to have surgery this year, so I asked for a deposit refund. They said they’d refund 90%. But they said if I get a refund this time, the next time I come for a consultation, they’ll have no choice but to raise the price from the current price. So they said that even next year, if I feel like getting a refund, a 90% refund would still be possible, so how about keeping the deposit tied up for 1 year and setting a surgery date for next year. I said okay for now, but what does everyone think? The more I think about it, if the consultation manager leaves while my deposit is tied up, could the clinic later act like they don’t know anything…??? Please tell me what decision everyone would make
mangoyoo I don’t think there’s any point in tying it up for 1 year ...? The doctor could change, the consultant could leave, and would the surgery cost really differ that much within that time?
