A long time ago, I had nasal tip surgery without any information. My original nose was a bulbous nose, but if I had known surgery was such an artificial intervention, I wouldn't have had it.. The nasal tip is hard, the discomfort continues, and the columellar strut has come down too much, so if you look closely, the nose looks strange. I'm going to have removal surgery this time, but I'm debating whether to undo the cartilage suturing.
