Nose Surgery, Whoa

In my early 20s, I had septal cartilage surgery only on the nasal tip at b* (English name) in Gangnam. I only had the nasal tip done with ear cartilage, and my nose was a total bulbous nose, but as time passed, the nose spread out the same as before and only the nasal tip was pointy, so overall it didn’t look aesthetically pretty and didn’t even look like I had anything done. About 4 years ago, someone my older sister knew was working as a nurse there, so I had revision surgery at a small clinic in Hakdong. I had surgery using ear cartilage and silicone. I wanted a natural look, so we agreed before going in that they would use a low implant, but they said a low one didn’t suit me and a higher one looked prettier, so in the middle of surgery, the doctors decided among themselves to use the higher one, and during surgery they said, “The higher one looks prettier, I’ll go with this.” After surgery, it was high and turned out well, so I was very satisfied. But because it was too high, whenever I got dressed, slept, or went about daily life, my nose kept getting bumped, and fluid started accumulating. Because of that, I rushed to the hospital more than three times. But in the end, there is an inflammation pocket like a pimple in my right nostril, so I’m planning revision surgery. I’m looking for a revision rhinoplasty clinic now, and please, I just want to choose a good clinic and make this the last time. I’ve spent so much money and wasted so much time. It’s really so hard. Seriously, if you don’t want to feel like dying because of your nose, don’t get surgery.
