Review after rhinoplasty without implants

I had to have surgery because of rhinitis, and since I was going to have surgery anyway, I wanted to do rhinoplasty together, so I persuaded my mom and we looked for a plastic surgery clinic together, and I didn’t shop around; I just went straight ahead with the surgery. Maybe because of that, I feel like I paid a bit more than usual. If I was going to do rhinoplasty anyway, I wanted to put in silicone and raise the bridge, and the doctor also said it was 2 mm? or anyway that he would make it as natural as possible, but my mom next to me asked how about not putting it in, so after thinking about it I eventually did it without implants. (I was debating implants until the day of surgery..) There was talk of using ear cartilage, donated costal cartilage, autologous costal cartilage, and various options, but in the end everything was handled with nasal cartilage. After surgery, only my ear was anesthetized, and the doctor said less cartilage was needed than expected, so he did not use ear cartilage. It has already been about half a year now, so I have adjusted, but aesthetically, it is absolutely not the exact shape I was pursuing. Compared to before, it’s more like, “It looks prettier, I look more human now.” My mom says it’s so pretty and natural, but I feel like it might have been a bit better if I had put in silicone lol and when I look at other surgery review noses, I also want revision surgery... haha The advantage after surgery is that it looks natural. The downside is that I can’t make a pig nose..? I think people who already have a nasal bridge (a high hump nose) are good candidates for a natural result.
