They charge a consultation fee per doctor. I think they try to find a nose shape that suits your face shape while still pursuing the look you want. If you're curious, it might be good to go for a consultation. I liked that they explained the surgical method in detail using a model. It was a good experience for me. If I were to get a nose job, I would consider doing it here,
