My nose was originally very small and short. It doesn’t stretch well either, so it’s a somewhat difficult nose. I had my first surgery at ㅎㄴ in Busan, but there wasn’t much difference. Then I got greedy and had 5 mm silicone at ㅇㄹㅁ. At first, even though I looked a bit like a foreigner, it suited me well so I liked it, but now all the swelling is gone and it looks very natural Still, personally, I’m satisfied.
